lesson 30 - what is your contractual?

haven't you ponder reasons behind


the likeness of people who would like to have and keep every receipts of their expenses?
the likeness of people who read through the term and conditions for each of online items that they bought?
the likeness of people who understood the meaning on every sentence that they read?
the likeness of people who like to have everything written, black and white, and stamped on it?
the likeness of people who put everything, binding it in a document called contract?

it is to
perform better
manage better
know better
fulfill it to the maximum


and to avoid 
penalty
any commercial risk
liability and indemnity

and the next question would be,
what is your contract to perform such?
what is the guideline?
and were the verses or clauses in your contract and guideline can guarantee and offer protection to you?

i can only name one
