photojournalism - project x: fpso pile and chain mooring installation

assalamualaikum!

to tell the truth, i haven't touch my dslr and photoshop for 4++ months now. although i do went to offshore starting november, the restrictions and the focus causes me to not take pictures while working and concentrating on the progress. well, that paid off when we completed the tie-in work during shutdown earlier by 8 hours. alhamdulillah, all praise to Allah for helping us.

but today, have had that feeling to take out all the pictures that i have taken in sept last year, lalalala! and complete editing it. i think Allah indirectly had cured my migrain through this one. Thank you Allah! and actually this post is a continuation from here

so this is about FPSO mooring chain installation for Project X. the pictures that you see afterwards is solely on the upending, connect the D-shackle to the anchor chain and pile itself. the laying of the chain is not included as it was done under the sea level :D

there is a unique way to handle the chain and thank you to DKa and DBy for teaching me how best to connect this chain without twisting it.
it's a good experience, undoubtly.

lesson 32 - lonely, i no longer am. and i believe you too, my good friend

among the main culprit of one behaviours though can be arguably be said due to syaitan, but for me it was raised by feeling of loneliness.

being alone, one would then tried to fill up his/her time to what it being 'set' to, either be in accordance to their 'favourite activities'. anything that could be planned to cover up the loneliness are not quantifiable and can be ranging to the simplest idea to even complicated ones.

and how it could possibly be despite Allah in Surah Qaaf (50) verses 16 said "It was We who created man and We know what dark suggestions his soul makes to him; for We are nearer to him than (his) jugular vein"

is it us who tried to be far from Him despite He is near to us?

is it us who choose to ignore despite Him being with us?

i left these to you and to me to find it out.

insyaAllah we will find the answer if we verily seek Him.

lesson 31 - a life at high altitude

assalamualaikum wbt dan selamat pagi!

i have been to one of the tallest mountain in the world or 20th in the world and tallest in south east asia. ouh let me rephrase that, i have conquered, but totally not owned it.

the trip itself, if i were to briefly summarize it, would make a short sentence like "Gosh, tell me again why am I here?", "natang, penat nok mapuh", "haihhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh", "ok complete 50 steps, lets take 5 minutes break" and few sentences that i'm not proud of which shows how unfit i am trying to conquer this mountain. yep, i'm totally unfit. i haven't had my training for kinabalu where people should at least have some stamina (running or walking the stairs or hitch hiking or hill climbing) to prepare themselves for this. what i did is solely writing a post at this blog (haktuih?), editing pictures, and etc that doesn't involve any sweats (except that i spend 2 months before this event at offshore :P)

despite everything, the scenery was awesome! worth of every please-refer-to-the-above-statement-that-shows-how-tired-and-frustrated-it-can-be and i just show you one of that. the mount had just had its rain and the waters starts to pour and form a river. later that, a high sky sunset, orange and blue which is outstandingly awesome.

but, that trip teach me alot, exactly two things that i can use.

the first lesson was taught by my tour guide or porter (we did used porter for our trip)

"move, even at smallest steps that you can make, at your own convenience and pace. do not stop as necessary stops would only turn your momentum down.

you could think that by stopping, you would gain strength, but dealing with mind, stops can only make you stop and not reaching your goal.

hence, move, take your action, and surely you would be able to find and reach your goal."

the second lesson was only understood after I went down from the peak with all those-please-refer-to-the-above-statement-that-shows-how-tired-and-frustrated-it-can-be.

"never expect things to go smooth especially if you do not prepare for it. preparation is a must or you would see hellish situation despite everything can be solved or completed"

i'll prepare myself, for my second trip to kinabalu. this is a revenge!

it has been a while since i have put a post here. as promised, this is a portion of pipeline installation works that i have involved this year. all the descriptions are at my fb, having some sleepy head to rewrite all the captions.

a continuation from here where in this post, i have been invited to be the OP for the reception event on Faisal behalf, in Johor. Though, as most people would say, it uncommon for guy (according to Malay custom-again) to do Khatam Al-Quran, yet here we are, for Faisal.

It doesn't necessary for the Khatam Al-Quran to be made during the wedding nor reception but as people say, it usually the best thing to do as all the preparation are there, and just awaits the person, i.e. bride or bridegroom to be the one that be reading the last juzuk of the Quran.

lesson 29 - air yang keroh

the first thing to do when you are trying to solve a problem, is observe the problem or situation. once observation is done, try to understand whether or not the problem can be solved linearly. in solving problem be it mathematical speaking or normal way of doing things, linear approach is the first step. once it it confirmed that linear is no longer applicable, then you will proceed with non-linear approach and add up few variables to that approach to linearize it.

and how this relates to "air yang keroh"? most people tends to stir around the problem causing more ruckus as compared to let it settle first, see, observe before any approach to be done. jumping towards the "air yang keroh" would only make you look stupid, but surely more problem will come in the future. hence, the poem states let it be, and then solve everything in a swift.

as long you done your part well, insyaAllah God will help to ensure at His ends.

sebenarnya spttnya sebelum ni ada kuarkan teaser utk pasangan ini, tapi disebabkan ada hal lagi penting, maka tak kesampaian hajat tersebut. tahniah kepada pacel and hikmah, tho sebenarnya dah lama da diorang ni kawin. bukan sengaja dilewatkan, akan tetapi banyak masa digunakan untuk menapis gamba-gamba ni sebelum bergerak kepada editting process lak.

pacel, or nama sebenarnya faisal merupakan kawan baik, senior, kawan seni, osmet, tempat menumpang teduh tatkala baru je menjejakkan kaki di kl (2 ari cam tu kot). skang pacel sudah pon menjadi suami orang (sedih2) yang mana membuka lebih banyak langkah kepada kwn2 untuk menceburi alam yang mana dijanjikan kesempurnaan separuh iman. terima kasih pacel and hikmah for trusting me for this wedding.

its the first wedding upon graduation from snap, and its a still weight at my shoulder as to perform what snap graduate should have been perform. alhamdulillah, with Allah help, being alone to cover these event, i would say it is a success. cakap byk tak guna, have fun browsing the pictures!

this would be my last job for this year, had to concentrate on my second degree which expected to be concluded by year end. wish me luck, it is hard to put aside photography, but i would definitely shoot, for fun or work (since i still need to do my professional engineering reporting as well).

i'll say we are doing well at klpac. klpac now is and always be our homebase despite maybe later someone is willing to sponsor us a whole lot of instrument. but, for klpac, to provide such care, we will surely pay and contribute you back.

everything is well prepared and plan now, and with the promotion later, surely we can do better. plus, someone is willing to do something underground, which later be more helpful for us. let us pray together.

sesungguhnya tatau kenapa tp taleh nk upload gamba kat fb. so blog ni jd mangsa la kot. malam rabu adalah malam yang sangat indah (bahaya tulis bahasa melayu ini adalah semua ayat adalah ayat seni). penuh dengan bunyi bunyi gangsa yang memenuhkan keluhan hati yg dahagakan bunyi yg enak. persembahan yg sangat hebat dari RiB, seperti yg slalu dijangkakan oleh RiB.

and mcm biasa lepas je tgk RiB, kitaorang biasa akan biasa makan sama2. kalo kat utp dlu, ameeth la tempat kitaorang bercanda ria, tp skang mungkin dak2 ni dah kaya terlampau agaknya, maka level 2 klcc menjadi tempat mapley terbaru (ish2, saya bukan punca).have a good look of the pictures. its a happy moment again to see these people again, those who have left gamelan utp and joining EiG, and new kids-in-town to be part of the great legacy left by us, the EiG.

i'm currently working on the next project. the solemnization occurred at Perlis. Both of them was, is, and will always be my friends and this event brought me to perlis for the very first time. not an hectic town even at kangar, which very much shocked me if i were to compare to kota bharu. but nevertheless, the scenery was awesome. shall wait for this coming sept to go there again, and hopefully later the pictures will be as awesome as the scenery. amin!

for now, the front page of nikah book is the only thing that i can show :P. i had received my second album from the printer and currently pretty much satisfied with the final outcome of my second album. the printer did well. thank you for that.

wedding - azza and haniffy

assalamualaikum.

i would like to say thank you to my fren, Amar for trusted and hired me for his sister wedding. this is the consequence to my first album and continuation of this blog post. i'm just grateful to Allah for opening up my rezeki. i lost count of cars that i overtook in order to reach this event before the time, i just pray that i could be there before the time, so that i can familiar myself with the family, surroundings, and the couple itself. they are a tough couple as they only met just recently before this event, but Allah had helped to ease me to perform the job! that added to raining for outdoors, yeah its so much fun!

to both of you, may both of you be happy, blessed and protected by Allah for the rest of your life.

hence, please do enjoy the some picture that i have arranged and set into the album. it took a great amount of my time to ensure the quality is up to my satisfaction. now, i can clearly look forward for my next job in Negeri Sembilan and Johor!

there were a number of days that i went missing (actually taking leave) but apparently some people queried (and i think missing) me for not being presence during that days (it was 5 working days and 1 weekends which amounting to 7 days).

some even queried and say, did i get married (nikah) in that 7 days. no i'm not, at this moment but look forward for future :P (fuh disclaimer gile). as to properly answer you guys, i went for a class, non-'academic' class but its quite academic if you look at one angle, but it does not at other angle.

to cut it short, just play video here

i have learnt alot, no doubt about it on the technical and commercial aspect of it. its a great 7 days. i have laughed alot, smiled alot, working out my brain alot and of course i have been criticized alot during that 7 days. but as i say, to make a great weapon, the steel need to be properly hit and heat up before it can turned to be a sharp and powerful weapon. else, it would turned up to be as a blunt weapon, which will be useless in the battle.

this are part of the pictures during one of the module, there are more on other session but let upload it in stages. currently finishing off wedding album for my previous clients. hope that they will be waiting with patience. :P

I would still be updating EiG current activities here, as one of their founding members, however the official update would be from their mainstream aka blog. We are not only limited to traditional and classic gamelan as we had been introduced a mix of jawa and modern gamelan during our involvement in UTP Gamelan Group.

As such, hope that you will keep your support and pray for our success in continuing legacy and tradition of gamelan.

it was awesome night, as per my expectation from my previous night spending time watching and get some insight/lessons from the theatre itself. what else to say, other than do enjoy the picts!

Lahirnya seorang jejaka

akan tetapi, pada hari selasa 22 hb (if saya tak silap), telah lahir seorang jejaka tampan yg bakal menjadi pemimpin khalifah Tuhan yang disegani dalam bidangnya tersendiri (amin!). Jejaka tersebut yg masih dirahsiakan namanya adalah anak kepada kawan saya, iaitu En Muhd Azhari dan Pn Fadlah Azzyati. lama tak amik gamba kanak2 yg baru lahir, and inilah hasilnya.

congratz ayie and atie for this newborn baby. May Allah bless your famili and may this son of yours, be a great man that helps everyone in the name of God. :)

EiG is moving forward!

Ensemble in G (EiG) is moving forward! The idea of taking out EiG for their idle state suddenly come to a reality when I went to klpac open day, for being the sole photog of the Qum Actors where TQA presented few of their pieces during the day. see also here. :)

nevertheless, as klpac on that day had a gamelan slotted in their tentative. a gamelan enthusiast-or-maniac myself, i went there to have at least a glimpse, of the missed one. they played awesomely, and looking at different races and age, this is also awesome!

and this handsome guy named Ezanin (below) told us about abit background of gamelan, here at klpac and their programme.

in which triggered me an awesome idea, to park EiG first at klpac, as a starting point, before we can stand on our own (read later). hence, i would officially say that EiG is now moving forward (and hopefully, not stopping) step by step.

at least we have somewhere that we can call it as our jamming ground/third home after our second home, UTP blok B (which is our previous trening ground for Gamelan UTP).

so EiG, lets start our jamming session! (and probably we would have a show later)

its going to be legen-wait-for-it-dary, LEGENDARY!

it has been quite a long duration since i went to any stadium. the last would be a football match between pahang vs etc2 at stadium darulmakmur, kuantan.

yesterday, after grouping quite a number of people (quite is not a good term, but exaggeration is needed), bukit jalil stadium (not the concert ye) is the place to spend your night with friends watching the first leg of the AFF Suzuki Cup final. needless to say bout the match, being there was fantastic, great match, great and fanatic fans (as expected) with 'high' techies (read laser beam).

overall, jst see the picts. i think there hv been countless of good report bout yesterday's match. its the best match that i have seen malaysian played so far. good job guys!

some say, we even need to wear helmet to stay alive

before the match, at lrt station, fans start chanting songs and negaraku
(kuar dr lrt, and fans shouting hooooo!, mmg cool)

lets keep our head together and pray hard that malaysia will prevail during the second leg.

lesson 22 - limitation(s)

why do we limit our very own imagination and solely based on the guidelines?

the guideline is there to guide, not to limit.

literature is there, for us to understand, not to limit.

as the world is full of uncertainties, possibilities, and oppurtunities,

why bother to limit, as we can go much further, extra miles, i would say.

as long as we know, the true meaning behind it, whether or not it meant to be or not meant to be, than going extra mile would be possible.

imagination, should have no bounds, as this world created by Al-Mighty have none.

and for us, to seek and understand His power, for us to obey, for us to be amazed,

we, above all, as His servant, should not be limited by our very own limitations.

cause He is indeed Allah the Al-Mighty.

on previous post about broga, i have not put lots of picture in it, but rather asked you to see it on fb. this time around, i went with my colleagues at the office, climbing the broga by 545am, reaching the tops by 615am and straight away perform solah, atas bukit beb, feelings is there.

again, broga never disappoint me with her scenery but not so much picture this time around, battery flat after a while (and few others can be seen again, at fb). lalala~ and hope to be there again, with this time around, having tea or coffee at the high grounds with wind blowing through, it should be great and complete condition of having tea or coffee. it blends well, having a comfort of nature and coffee.

lesson 20 - the weight

in certain part or time, all the things that you knew, you felt, you understood, has been piled up, taken up the storage loading, filled up most of your time, and at that point of time, you might have think, that's time for you to tidy up, clean up or archive it.

for the things to be cleared, for new things and all kind of new, to be given a space in certain part or time. but, would it be appropriate, to clean up and archive it? would the clean up give you the things that you really need, or it just, maybe, provide you the surface of what you really need? would it be, by cleaning up, the weight can be less on your shoulder to carry, but at the end, after a while, you miss the weight that you have been carrying all these time?

the storage, along with the time and things it had, may or may not grew, proportionate to the allocation that it had been allocated, but it is possible, where managed properly. and all kind of new subject, can fit into the exisiting storage.

again, its merely an option.

and not an excuse. nah, its not.

cause i would rather be filling, carrying and managing it now, before later. cleaning is possible, but not archiving nor cutting loose end. that weight, the weight is what and somehow taught and teach you sooner or later.

out of respect for my seniors, you are still the best and i sincerely would like to thank you for the contribution, passion, knowledge, guidance and space for the current gamelan utp now are at. because without you, the current team may not be as they are now.

nevertheless, i have seen so many gamelan players coming in and out from the team, although undeniably there are possibility of previous players who might have higher passion, skills and creativity, however, i would personally say that this is probably and currently the best generation i have seen so far. and close to my ideal case of gamelan utp, which i had in mind few years back.

reason being?

i have never seen such a huge number of dedicated seniors at one time. their highly contribution, attitude in voicing out, discussing out their feelings, opinion shows that how deep is their concern and love towards the team. each of the section (if i may call), have their own section 'head' in which take care of their juniors. these number of people at one time, i should say thank you to nazmi, for taking up these number of people at the first place, though causing me problem after that to turn, cut, trench them up.

the seniors who come up to training earlier from the juniors, eventhough literally they can not to come to training, as they know their training earlier on are suffice.

the seniors who discuss, brainstorm and argue on the way forward.

the seniors who take care of the juniors.

the seniors whom i can say, cut to bear the title of dewa.

the seniors who strike an instrument without a doubt, yet no mistake was done.

and its a no longer one man show.

its a good investment, yeah it was. and thank you Allah, for simply showing a bit of your nikmat for us to see how great our investment are.

though it seems that all of you might have take quite a time to come at this level, however taking example from the log tree, the longer time the log take before cutting down, the higher the value can be. it has been justified.

thank you org2 tua sekarang, for being a great tree, as such the juniors can easily fit and rest underneath you. dun rest yet, that would be my main advise. you may want to slow down, but totally rest. eventhough some of you might have grad afterwards, it is indeed important to remain contacts with the current team.

as i was saying the important of seniors, the same goes for alumni. indeed the seniors can handle the team, but there are reasons why older people live and needed to guide the young ones. we might not be directly involve, but staying besides the line will help and ease off when the emergency button were pressed. or in order words, it can also help us to gather again, and do some little jamming, though our level might be shaken off by the rust, but yeah, we are still x-gamelan utp. our level should be more than gamelan 2 people right?

so what next?

the main challenge that i can see as of now, whether the kanak2 riang, kanak2 and orang2 muda can step up and fill up the spot left by orang2 tua. it is indeed a challenge, as proven by the previous and current orang2 tua before. however i do wish that the current progress doesnt give the negative slope by year end but, at least provide a m=0 slope where y=mx+c.

as a conclusion to that, the pressure is all left to the juniors (kanak2 riang, kanak2 and orang2 muda) to succeed as the gamelan utp. to perform as par or exceed it, to maintain the level, the legacy, the credibility. what at stake is huge. it not something to be played with.

hence the next simple question is, what should the juniors do?

for long explanation, you may want to browse through previous post. but to make the loading free and etc, lets us talk here and then.

you should, above all, utilize these seniors (by either pleading, crawling to transfer their knowledge)
self discipline and attitude, is not a new topic, and these are the thing that you yourself should know and master, eventhough there is no written laws and guide on that. and trust me, with only these two thing, excluding talent, will make you go far.
self-training eventhough there were no seniors to help and guide
mix around with the team, you are now siblings of many, not only 3-4 people
as much as possible, be a dewa :)

lastly, what should avoided?

the reason why i opted for democracies (proxy of four, five etc) rather than monarchy (kukubesi, which is my era) is that you can not consume everything within a man. it gave them lots of burden. i know, done that. how i can do it? its another topic.

the function of democracies or 'management' is to handle the players. the well being of players. players is our main assets. the numbers of hours, numbers of countless effort to develop, trench, cut them, is huge and intolerable. and i had caused me a great pain, when a player wanted to quite, even after few weeks joining the team, and you can imagine what doest it felt if one senior were to left the team. (this doesnt include graduation of course). hence, please take care of the players.

this however, doesnt make a players a king. be a modest and keep the right attitude. we may accept a polyps, but not a cancer. :)

secondly, avoid internal struggle, dats why we created a proxy. we may opt for separate management like others group, but i do like the idea that non-art people doesnt know how art people operate. hahaha. it a selfish mind, but yeah, it does call for a strike. everything, should be discuss, as we are a half adult, and forever a kid.

my regret?

do i have one? last nite i did. last nite i was thinking to myself, why i have been in a wrong generation (sorry seniors and friends), not be able to perform in big occasion outside utp (yeah, been able to play at convocation, is a huge honour, and 4 times performing at convocation, for 4 years in the team is a huge achievement ok). but i consulted myself in saying, there is a reason behind it, maybe and maybe because you were few years earlier on, the team is current at this level.

i can go now. EiG should be next. yeah, lets do some crazy stuff with EiG.

lesson 19 - analogi pemancing si tukang masak

tersebutlah kisah hikayat seorang pemancing yang juga si tukang masak yang merasakan suda tiba masanya pada hari tersebut, untuk dia ke laut. ke laut untuk menunaikan dan melaksanakan apa yang diperlukan untuk dia terus hidup.

sudah diketahui dan sudah diteliti kenapakah harus dia pergi ke laut untuk memancing dan kemana dan apa yang harus dilakukan untuk pergi memancing. lubuk2 ikan selar, ikan parang, ikan bawal semua sudah didalam otaknya cuma hatinya harus memilih, yang mana satu yang harus dipancingnya.

maka tiba masanya untuk bergerak ke laut, akan tetapi dia tahu, ke laut banyak caranya. melalui bot besar, sampan kecil mahupun hanya menumpang bot org lain ke laut. apapun caranya, duit harus dikeluarkan untuk menampung kepemergiannya ke laut. banyak atau sedikit hasilnya, dia juga tahu, ia bergantung kepada caranya ke laut. akan tetapi, sesetengah pemancing berpendapat, ikan tidak melihat cara, akan tetapi melihat umpan yang dipasangkan pada mata joran. asalkan ikan itu tidak materialisitik, sudah pasti dengan sampan milik orang lain pun mampu diangkat juga ikan tersebut.

setelah malam menjelma, bertemankan langit yang tidak berbulan, gelap akan tetapi cahaya bintang yang malap mampu memberikan petunjuk kepada sesiapa yang memahami dan melihat dengan sebenar-benar melihat, si pemancing itu bergerak menaiki cara yang dipilihnya. mungkin kali ini, hanya sampan yang dia mampu. berdayung dan mencari lubuk yang difikirnya selamat untuk memancing, dan dengan itu, dia pasang dan dilontarkan umpan ke dalam laut. mungkin boleh saja dia melontarkan jala, tp adakah dia pasti, sampan itu mampu menyimpan hasil jalaannya?

setelah lama menunggu, mungkin seperti sebelum ini, hasilnya tiada. mungkin sudah tiada ikan yang merasakan umpan itu layak dimakan. atau mungkin rezekinya adalah pada ikan yang sebelumnya kecil, akan tetapi sudah membesar tatkala dia memancing.

malam bergerak, dan akhirnya disentap jua tali pancing itu.

pemancing itu kaget. berdebar, adakah mungkin ikan itu tidak mampu ditewaskan? maka satu pertarungan, apa yang harus dilakukan. kalau ditarik sekuat2nya, maka mungkin tali itu akan putus, dan ikan itu akan pergi. mungkin kalau dilepas tali, cangkuk itu pun terlepas dan ikan itu berenang kembali. walau ikan itu berenang, luka dimulut tetap ada, dan luka pasti meninggalkan parut.

maka pemancing itu menarik dan melepaskan tali, diharap supaya ikan itu mengikut rentaknya dan akhirnya tewas. tarik dan lepas.

tarik dan lepas. dan ia semakin dekat.

tarik.

lepas.

tarik.

tatkala ikan itu sudah dirasakan sudah dekat, difkirkan pula, selepas sahaja ia diangkat naik, maka ikan itu akan cepat untuk tidak segar. diingatkan pula, adakah dia sudah menyediakan persediaan dirumah untuk memasak ikan itu. sudah adakah garamnya? gula? bawang putih? kunyit mahupun halia? apakah yang ingin dimasak dengan ikan itu? kenakah resepi dengan ikan tersebut? siakap, bawal atau parang, ada masakannya tersendiri.

dan dia tahu, jika persediaan memasak belum ada, maka lebih masa akan diperlukan untuk memasak, dan lebih masa bermakna keadaan ikan itu akan kurang elok berbanding yang asalnya. berbelah bagi si pemancing itu, adakah harus diangkat ikan itu? kerana didalam hati, dia mahukan ikan yang segar, kerana isi yang segar, manis rasanya. lembut keadaanya. dan licin kulitnya.

bukankah elok jika dia menyiapkan semuanya sebelum dia pergi memancing? alangkah eloknya.

mungkin hanya yang ada dirumah boleh digunakan untuk memasak, tp kenakah pada resepinya? ikannya? mahupun kehendak si pemancing atau ikan itu sendiri? kepusingan di situ.

dilepaskan ikan itu, mungkin satu yang boleh dilakukan, kerana dia tidak bersedia, tp adakah akan ada lagi ikan yang akan memakan umpannya? adakah dia pasti, yang ikan itu akan kembali berenang riang, tanpa dirasakan luka dibibir setiap kali ingin ia makan? kenapa tidak diangkat terus ikan itu, kerana itulah takdir dan rezeki kita.

diangkat, dan terus di bawa pulang.

disegerakan api itu menyala, sambil pisau2 menari memotong dan menyiang ikan. jika tidak cekap pemancing si tukang masak itu, mungkin ikan itu hilang ekornya bersama kepala tatkala sirip mahu dibuang.

pemancing si tukang masak cemas. cekap dan hebatkah dia untuk memasak ikan yang licin, lembut dan manis itu? cukupkah ilmu didada? alangkah bagus jika memasak mahupun menyiang, menyediakkan persediaan, dipenuhkan dlu didada dan diotak.sebelum memancing.

one of my close frens asked me whether or not i would available and can make a cut for her pre-wedding shots in this month, so along the way i have been doing some thinking on what should we have for this pre-wedding shots.

i have been updating my fb on this broga (pictures only) and thought, i should put some of the pictures here. what can i say about broga is that, the tiredness and efforts that u put to get into the top, seriously worth it..being close to nature, its like imagining in your mind, partly what would be heaven looked like, since this world, is merely a heavenly earth...

i will definitely revisit broga again, in the near future eventhough i nearly killed myself with the overloaded bag..hahaha..jst put 1 pictures as of today, will update more during weekend insyaAllah...

gamelan after graduation, comes a new life

assalamualaikum...

it has been a year and 6 months or so since i graduated, which also officially graduated from gamelan utp. in my last year in utp, i had always been thinking, what it would be for me and gamelan, after graduating from utp. gamelan had been a dream for me since form 2 and eventually that dream of playing gamelan comes true at utp.

lucky i would say that i have been offered a position at KLCC whereby i can continue playing gamelan under PPAG supervision (not to say that i'm a part of PPAG, their level is totally crazy). it has been a tough since i never thought of playing gamelan again especially after convocation, and first time playing gamelan at KLCC, its rather awkward, it doesn't feel right, as if i were a gamelan 1 student. soooo nubs! time pass by (ceh) and i would say under their supervision, my playing skills is almost at par during my final year time or even better. i think~

the good part is that, almost of seniors from gamelan utp are at KLCC now and it would be not to let our passion, legacy, love, and tradition to go to waste. hence, with Bismillahirrahmannirrahim i as the founder, proudly presents you, Ensemble in G!

Ensemble in G had successfully undertake their first event last week for Bangsawan Tuah Hang Jebat and insyaAllah would be performing their second event during a wedding next month. with that, we, as the x-clan (ok i miss the word x-clan) of gamelan utp, would like to extend our hands for your support for this group. We might not be at par as RiB nor PPAG as of now, but surely, we will be at that level soon.

may our legacy, loves, passion, commitment, skills, assabiyah(brother/sisterhood :P) remain intact and increasingly in the future. amin~

lesson 18 - may i know your destination pls?

assalamualaikum and good day!

at a certain age of life, you may started to look on where you are going to head. some of you, did not even think on where are your final destination. some might end up that eventhough they have something in mind, they are stuck at some path that most of the time, may not provide the happiness that they are looking for.

the first question is now, are you clear where is your destination? if you are taking flight, you are sure where is your destination, even there might be some transit at the middle of the flight. why are u sure? because the destination is written both at the ticket and at your head. and this, can be applicable to your life too..by starting to chart out your life i.e. final and intermediate transit, you may and may not lost your way, which will be challenge later.

now, the second question is that, would you current path, leads to your final destination? some may say, no and lots of F words together with long and long list of words. true, i would be that same person too, well before that I noe that there are meaning in every work that you did. IF and only IF, you are smart and think enough to understand the meaning. the more you understand the meanings or the other words is, reading between the lines, the more happier you can be...

so, i just leave these two question to you and hopefully, you may get the answer!

si anak buah telah dimasukkan ke hospital akibat denggi...namun pada hari sabtu, 9/1/2010, dia telah selamat kuar dari hospital dan kini sedang riang bermain di rumahnya..
alhamdulillah, terima kasih kpd rakan2 yg mendoakan dan setinggi2 terima kasih kepada Ya Muhaimin, yang Maha Memelihara...

tp bile kitaorg nk balik, zafran pon bgn, so inilah zafran yg agak sihat berumur 10 bulan!and yes, dia bersama neneknya.

melepah angin?

kadang2 bgus sebenarnya kalo kita pg membuang...angin errr dalam kata len, iaitu release tension...so destinasi kali ini adalah sg gabai kat ulu langat, so dr putrajaya ke ampang amik masa dalam 40minit, den bekfes cam biasa kat rashid ampang, bru gerak ke ulu langat...the jeney from ampang takes about another 40 minits or so...den jalan kaki ke puncak yg konfem meletihkan sesapa yg bajet je fit tp mmg tak fit dalam 10-15 minit la jugak...

pendek kata, mmg terbaekh! la..ada tempat utk berenang, berendam, melepak dengan membiarkan air2 menderu di tepi kaki dan sebagainya sambil melihat kehijauan daun2 dan kesilauan cahaya matahari...mmg hensem la!

having a short break bile penat bekeje, (penat ke?) tp mmg sungguh la penat, berfikir dan apa mende len, and activity yg mendekatkan diri ngan alam ini sgt2 bagus kerana ia mampu membuatkan kita berfikir tentang kehebatan Tuhan dan betapa kecilnya kita compared to the God himself...kire macam tgk diri sndri, berapa jauh kita or berada dekat kita...

nampak gamba2 ni seme psl air terjun je kan? tp trip kli ni bukan semata2 air terjun, tp malahan juga kolam air panas, durian + air jambu di tengah jalan...tp since aku mls nk upload byk2, so do enjoy the picts yg mana ada je la (sorry for not updating blog), life are abit +________+" rite now...

gamelan utp for dummies

[first and foremost, this is not an intriguing or insulting post, read through if you think you would like to hear my last teaching regarding gamelan utp, saje je kasik title macam panas skit..

with regards to some request from the gamelan utp members, here would be my last tips (i believe so) for gamelan utp. would there be any other tips afterwards? i do not know which i do hope this one alone is suffice. others is solely up to the current team. like i said, we are the ex not the current, we can do is merely to see and comments for the benefit of the team.

there are lots of stages for the management to manage the team and for the other members to contribute to the success for the team which i hop, it is deliberately being explained here]

planning

planning of team members is solely up to the vacancy and quota for each batch...my standard practice is about maximum of 4 people per batch and max of 2 or 3 per each batch per instrument. thus, it is up to coordinator to plan. locating a 'good' player is also tough, it cant be made tru one night but it is usually 1 sem of surveillance. what we trully see can be varied but seniors is always see commitments, ATTITUDE, discipline and passion.

training

a young member should always come as early as possible since he/she have to practice twice/thrice as much as the seniors or she/he would be left behind and blurred for quite a time.and it doesnt meant that if you are ok or being a senior, u can come late since being seniors, your responsibility are increased. u have to teach the juniors or else, the team can collapse, not because of he/she alone but unsynchronize aura from the team.

if you may think, you are completely good in your instrument, then go for other instrument. there is always a lack in your skills and always think that u can improve better for the group would help. it is always important to have that sense of feeling. dun waste your time coming for training just for the sake of usha awek, sms-ing, fb-ing, sleeping, rubic and etc...once you are in the room, just all out.

in training, understand what the songs should sound like, the bit, the rythm? (ah tatau eja), harmony and others..it is important to correct it esp when there are lots of new members...there are always more risk if there are more new members...this is a fact...and management should take care of this...

songs management

songs for gamelan are limited, it is well known among the team. so the coordinator need to know what songs to be played which would give more advantage to the team, which songs that they are most prepared, less risk, have more training, less mistakes, and familiar with. besides that, you may also need to go for a backup songs if situation ask for it..always have a backup plan, not only in gamelan, but in ur life too...

secondly, you may also need to understand that there are people who are deply in love in gamelan and notice what songs being played per year...esp staff, medtech, those taking gamelan and etc..lots of thing to consider...

members management

it is important for management to understand the 'aura' of your team members...whether they are ok and etc2...protect them, make them happy since members are the assets of the team..without them, there are no more gamelan utp...details? i do believe some of you know better than this..

please make sure that the team is happy and less tension...music are meant to give happiness and not tension!

pre-performance

how many players to be included per performance, the availability of members, the locations, the instruments (which should be tested prior to transportation), the small2 things and mic...coordinator should listen on where the songs are coming from and where the mic should be located.it is important for the outcome of the sound to balance out from the team..

and always have time for rehearsal eventhough you have been training for 2 months prior to the event..new situation, new surrounding can kill the team, and always include this risk into the planning...same goes if you have been training yesterday and on the day, just play 1 songs to check on the mic and the feeling of the team...YES IT IS IMPORTANT!!

performance

management should give some sort of speech to reduce the 'kecuakkan' of the team..to comfort the team and then after 1 song, the team should be fine...that is why, pre performance are important...

the team should always remember that they are not playing for themselves but for the audience..what important is to bring happines not to us, but to others too...

past performance

get together after the training can help to bring the team into shape, transporting the instrument back to the lorry, kemas2 and have few small talks on what to improve should give a good impact to the team...

and mapley! is also good...pekena teh tarik sambil2 borak, pergh sumpah lege....

hurm, i dun noe but i do believe i have covered all aspects of gamelan utp...good luck and have fun for gamelan utp...this i would say the good bye note, not that i want to leave you guys but i do believe that gamelan utp should stand and walk on its own..i believe that i should give more space for the current management by giving tips and this might be one of the way....

always remember your roots, gamelan utp is the most discipline and trusted group in UTP...we are known to have a very good record in delivering our job and that is WHY we can play gamelan not only inside but outside UTP...since the management TRUST us...and do not, do not BREAK the trust...

p/s: from now on, i can shape my future faster...dun worry, ill be there if God permits me to be there...family will always be family and all those memories, for the past 5 years being with gamelan will always be in my "external hd" :P

bile aku masuk ke dewan convo, mende pertama yang aku carik, adalah dak gamelan...bagi aku, 4 tahun di tempat yang sama dan kali aku dah tak boleh bersama korang..ini adalah masa untuk aku pula menerima scroll...dalam hati, aku berdoa agar arini semuanya akan berjalan lancar seperti tahun2 lepas...rasa gembira dalam dada, kurang2 bile dah turun dari pentas, ada org yg sambut aku...tak macam org2 lain...tho aku frust gamelan tak iring aku atas pentas masa aku amik scroll dari tun, tp tape, kurang2 diorg menanti di bawah....

aku tau that fact...have been always having the same feeling for the past 5 years...waiting for my seniors to come down, to greet down, hug if possible, congratulating them and see they walk through us to their seats....detik paling sebak skali, bile senior2 yg sebelum ni part of team, skang dah grad....tp skang, aku pula yg dipeluk dan diberi hadiah....

dari jauh aku tgk dak gamelan iring utk dak master...sebelum aku nek ke atas pentas menerima scroll....keroncong would be the one who be the background music later...lepas salam tun, aku turun ke tmpt gamelan, tmpt aku berada utk 4 tahun...i miss that spot...dak2 gamelan waiting to give their presents...aku bukan mahukan hadiah, seeing u guys playing well for the convocation, is the only one that i want...tape, aku kata, they will be well..aku nk tunjukkan kat kawan2 aku yg tak penah tgk aku main gamelan, yg inilah gamelan yg wat aku tak g mapley ngan korg, kurang2 rempit ngan korg, tak berdota ngan korg dan jarang kat blk....aku nk tunjukkan kat mak ayah aku, yg inilah gamelan yg aku duk gila smpi aku jarang blk rumah, sekejap cuti sem, skip reunion semata2 panggilan gamelan...

i noe they will do well...they are my gamelan utp for god sake...

then, convocation starting to have more mistake...unlike last year...no worries, i said to my frens...gamelan will prevail, since dalam byk2 team kat dalam hall, adalah yg terbaekh...aku sgt gembira bile diorg kena men utk tun rehat kejap...bg aku, ini mungkin adalah hadiah yg paling bes...terigt aku, bile kitaorg kena men lagu ni 2 tahun lepas, aku wat salah utk lagu ni...tp sbbkan ada senior2 yg tlg cover, jnr2 yg tlg cover, maka lagu tu dah takde masalah...i wont forget how fragile i was at that time, nak nangis pon ada sbb aku macam merosakkan convocation senior..tp bile mak ayah senior2 kata, bagus anak, sedap korg main...senior2 kata wah besnya lagu baru korg...aku rasa terubat...

tp, diorg tak main macam aku sangka...mungkin nervous, mungkin diorg masih muda, tp aku masih tidak faham, adakah lagu yg aku wat salah menghantui aku? mungkin ini takdir tuhan...adakah aku frust? semestinya...diorg tak mintak maaf? ye diorg mintak maaf...aku bukan mahukan kemaafan tu, i just want to see gamelan utp always and always be the best performance group in utp...tp aku macam tak nmpk at that point..adakah aku salah? aku tak tahu...aku takot nk accept the fact that maybe gamelan utp is at lower point...

since its that the case, i may not doing my job well...the one yang aku slalu fikir dalam 4 tahun aku jd coordinator, smpi tugas lain tak wat, adakah ia sia2?aku pon tak tahu nk jwb macam mana...aku siyesly tak tahu...

kenapa aku tak penah marah before this? sbb takde issue aku nk marah..i do believe everything going to be ok soon...tak nafikan aku mmg berangin, tp aku sedar, when handling lots of people, berangin is not a good feature...tp takkan a nk kata aku taleh marah...marah tu taleh nk buang...marah bole dicontrol, tp bile tgk something yg wat ko frust, marah tu terkeluar...if showing part of me that you guys didnt not expect to see and get mad, so it is basically the same case as me...korg offended and get mad...why dun take it positive and change it? aku bukan kata2 sbb aku marah, if tgk clearly, it is part that all of u may need to change...

SUMPAH...aku tak igt ayat tu kuar..jarang aku guna kat org selain geng2 aku, in fact kat geng2 aku pon jarang...but if those word did come out, which few pepel said it did, dengan ini aku memohon maaf...sorry for not having a high EQ at that point, tp aku bukan org yang perfect...

tp bile org marah sbb aku marah, mungkin itu perkara normal...mungkin mereka mahukan mende ini ditutup...which aku mmg nak buat...bg aku, damage has been done...lets forget it and move on cause its the best thing for everyone...aku bukan mahukan kemaafan atau org sujud, siapa aku utk terima mende2 ni...aku just nk tgk, gamelan utp tetap power...itu je harapan aku dari dlu smpi sekarang...salah ke impian aku ni?

yeah maybe 1 salah, 1 salah pon berkira ke org kata, tp if salah ini, membuatkan team elok, lg power, maybe dengan cara aku yg salah, hinggakan aku jd org yg salah...maka maaf kerana aku berfikiran begitu...

korg takkan penah faham bagaimana gamelan utp yang sebelum ni hanya dari kelas gamelan 2, jd gamelan utp...macam mana management utp trust our capability, macam mana management utp setuju utk beli alat baru utk kita, macam mana usaha senior2 before aku bekerja keras utk memastikan gamelan utp terus hidup...jgn fikir mende kecik, and jgn kecik ati kerana ada sorg tak berguna marah korg kerana dia mungkin lebih tahu apa yg terbaekh...

akan tetapi, gamelan utp skang adalah milik korg...mintak maaf skali lg kalau aku terlampau sayang gamelan hinggakan aku marahkan korg...gamelan utp adalah sebahagian diri aku, dan bila aku tgk gamelan utp macam teruk, aku terkena tempias...sorry for being a loser and get mad for a 'small' thing...

erm...dalam banyak2 gamba, kenapa aku pilih gamba ni..one of the main reason dia adalah sbb pegangan tangan ini adalah halal sbb diorg dah kawin...bg aku, walau betapa susah skali pon, halal itu haruslah dicari dan dikejar...jgn la disebabkan susah nk dapatkan yg halal, kita tutup mata dan go for yg tak halal..sesungguhnya, yg halal itu adalah lebih baik dari segi sifat dan juga effect dia on diri kita...tp dari segi halal bukanlah seharusnya pada penghujungnya sahaja, tp haruslah juga dalam mencapai penghujungnya...maka marilah kita berusaha utk mencari dan mecapai yang halal dalam kehidupan ini insyaAllah...fuh~ fight oh!

it was so happen that one of osmate being the actors for this teater..mmber aku ni tak penah pon belakon teater sebelum ni, so sebagai seorg 'pengiat' seni, alang2 mmber dah send invitation, takkan la kita tak pg tgk..dah la free, in money term but also in time...alih2, geng2 aku yg len pon belakon teater ni, tp diorg mmg dah masuk tronoh teater shop during universiti days a...

komen? kali petama aku tgk teater full, dlu biasa sekerat2, tp diorg siyesly bes a...sori a TTS, tp the qum actors ni better, maybe sbb dah byk pengalaman, and diorg is way more cooler tho cite ni sebenarnya dah byk kali tayang kat utp...hahaha..sori! even doc shark, aku pasan duk sengih2..so ok a kan doc?

sesungguhnya, makin tua makin berbisa, we got old for a reason eh? other moral of story is, even you are new, as long as u commit urself, having fun, try ur hard, insyaAllah it would excel..cam mmber aku yg tak penah belakon teater nih...

so, kali ni gamba byk skit, so layan jela eh tanpa byk bunyik!

"the marriage clause is as below:

an employee can not during his/her employment marry anoyone who is a recipient of an education loan/scholarship/ from PETRONAS or who is bonded to work for PETRONAS or who is already work with PETRONAS.
in the event an employees marries anyone who is a recipient of an education load/scholarship from PETRONAS or who is bonded to work for PETRONAS or who is already employed by PETRONAS, the employee or his/her will be required to resign forthwith.
if neither the employee or his/her spouse elect to resign, the Company shall terminate the service of the employee; UNLESS the employee's spouse is more junior in service and is subjected to this policy in which event, the service of the employee's spouse shall be terminated. otherwise, if the employee's spouse is more senior in the service and not subjected to this policy, then the service of the employee shall be terminated.

and this policy shall apply on those who join the company from 16 june 2009 onwards."

so issue skang, dah tu taleh kawin sesama petronas a? ada few boss dengan selamba je kata, la awat taleh, kawin jela, pastu behenti and carik keje len...if above clause valid, then either of the married couple can choose to resign and other can stay...and those who believe that he/she can find job outside pet shud do it...

so jgn la duk gelabah, tgk dlu sapa dapat masuk pet, once dah konfem masuk pet, konfem and kawin, bru la salah sorg tu carik keje and behenti dari pet...yes, petronas akan rugi bile dia wat cani and dun ask me why they did this policy..only those who involve and God knows why....

ok, cerita ni dah lama, tp since bru stat menyalahgunakan kom ofis, bru la leh update utk labuan. i was sent to labuan for a job for 10 days..tp alang2 dah sampai labuan, mesti a jenjalan gak..kenal2 labuan cane..labuan is a good place, sunset and sunrise dia sgt layan! tp time 10 hari tu, 2 kali tgk sunset, 2 kali tu la taleh nk amik gamba sbb sunset dia tak lawa...later u see langit yg oren tp tak smpt nk pg..sigh...

few places cam pasar basah, pasar kering (ni utk souvenir ok), ujana (tempat beli cokelat murah), and few kedai kain (tlupa sbb tak beli kain utk org) yg dekat ngan pasar tu agak murah and affordable to buy....kampung air ok gak kalo nk jenjalan even korg bwk kamera, just jgn tale kamera ke dalam rumah org sudah.... :P

labuan agak cool, langit dia cantek, byk awan tp sgt panas, org bwk kete sana relax je dalam 50-60km, takde hon2...harga kete sgt murah, dalam 3/4 harga kat semenanjung...huhuhu..and ouh! cokelat dia murah sgt...kalo g labuan next time nk bwk beg besar skit a, leh a beli cokelat byk2...muahahaha...

sungguh bgus + mantaps + meletop korg perform...bru uni len tau betapa powernye gamelan UTP...siyesly, kalo ada anugerah persembahan terhebat, menang dah kitanye group..terharu aku...and cam biasa lepas persembahan, senior2 akan main besama current team utk melempiaskan rindu terhadap gamelan...

assalamualaikum...

someone asked me this question on why you feel stress and down and how in my opinion and exp (since aku tua -_-") overcome these two situations.

sometimes, you expect more from others i.e. you hope that you be treated well by your environment, colleagues and might be your family but at then, they are not doing what you hope for. at this time, you feel down. secondly, when you expect something more, and you get it, later on you found out that you are do not like that and hoping for another one. stress came in to place. later on, more and more work that are not related to what you like come one after another. thus, more stress come in. its about expecting more than what you have now, what your current situation now and not feeling gratefull with what you have..

even with your spouse (ok aku single lg), you expecting them to be closed at all time, treating you well and etc2 while they might have their own problem, even they are your spouse. what you can do would be, expect less, give more to others.

there is some saying that if you give more to others eventhough you are really occupied, God will help you through that particular situation. at the end of the day, when noone can ever back u up, only He can and will help you. so at the first place, never put high expectation, perception to others. rely on Him and later on, even other people let you down and cut you 'part by part', you be able to stand tall.

it has been quite a long time for me to update the blog...ketiadaan komputer yg membolehkan mengedit gamba secara mantap dan laju adalah satu sebabnya...kedua, demi memenuhi inspirasi utk menjadikan blog ini part of photoblog while inspiring people, a photo must be there la kan?

thus, our section, project implementation of PRD, PMU held their very first famili day kat cherating..its a basically a 2 days 1 night event consist of PI staff....its fun, to be near to the sea again for quite a long time and the most interesting is, to take kids picture again...haha...yeah its fun...

nyway, not much of picture can be upload, not because of no so good pictures but rather the computer that i currently have, are not fit for photoshop cs3, so mana yg rasa rajin je diupload...nevertheless, its the best getaway of this year, seeing the nature, close to the nature and thanking the one that creating this lovely world...it do calm and relax the brain for the past few hectic week...

ESQ - a memorandum

assalamualaikum...

last weeken, during ESQ intermediate training at MATRADE, there is a briefing for the alumni to understand what would be the changes in the ESQ Basic Training after being commented by few parties on the content of ESQ Basic Training. News or rumours saying that ESQ is part of the "ajaran sesat" as per chit chatting of the one who haven't undergone the training itself is true. In fact major part of the content is still the same while the changes is due to the needs of further explaination. i wont't comment further about the news but one thing that all have to take note, it is not because of ESQ or the trainer who change the people, it is up to the participant to understand , use and apply what they was shown within 3 days of training and find their path closer to Allah. Allah will only give the light to those who wanted it.

upon the briefing, the alumni of ESQ 165 gathered a memorandum to Dr. Ary Ginanjar Agustian through one of Dr. Ary's trainer, Mr. Legisan Sugiman to show support in whatever Dr. Ary will do on the content of the training. we do believe that Dr. Ary upon guidance of Allah, will do his best not for the sake of profit, but for the sake of letting other people undescribeable experience towards achieveing something that can't be bought by money...

there are lots of ways on having more faith and love towards Allah. and i do believe ESQ is one of the ways and yes, it must be supported by other activity. tak guna g ESQ, tp tak perubahan dalam diri dan luar, 5 perkara dan apa yg disebut dalam al-Quran and Sunnah tak dibuat.

bangkitlah rakan2 dengan apa cara sekali pon. its time for us to shape this world to be a better world for everyone..

p/s: and ouh apa aku wat kat situ? accidently aku bwk dslr and happened to be one who free to take picture. and of cos la aku alumni ESQ. i'm hepi to be part of ESQ family.

bile ko dah berada di suatu tempat yang mana ko adalah org paling muda, tak putus2 la kad kawin datang menjemput aku ke majlis diorg...dalam detik hati aku sebagai kanak2 riang ni, aku ada la terlintas seper dua kara seperti berikut...maka korg sebagai org2 tua or mungkin masih kanak2 lg mungkin bole memberikan pendapat anda di bwh sana

kenapa org nk kawin dikatakan berdarah manis? adakah kandungan gula diaorg tinggi?bukan ke kalo berdarah manis maksudnya nyamuk suke gigit ke? fakta ini terbukti time camping!
memandangkan kekadang duit tak berapa nk ada, sbb rezeki anak2 tu takde sbb anak2 itu sendiri takde, maka awal2 biasa la duduk ngan mentua, adakah si suami atau si isteri rasa selesa duduk ngan mentua masing2?bahaskan. (wah cam tajuk karangan sekolah rendah lak)

maka itula pertanyaan aku sebagai kanak2 riang...org2 yg diluar sana? ada berani utk mengutarakan pendapat?

mekot dah letak post psl taiping..maka aku pon terpanggil utk wat post yg sama, yet gamba yg lain..time kasih kepada dak2 gamelan utp sebab sudi ajak aku ke famili day kali ni, though aku dah grad selama 4 bulan...looking forward to any other events by korg..bole blk utp lg...

and time kasih kat izhar adli terutamanya, sbb secara halus memcadang dan memaksa kami ke zoo taiping..and sesungguhnya, aku tak penah masuk zoo taiping, lalu depan je slalu sbb tiap2 kali nk masuk, ujan, masuk nk beli tiket je ujan...maka kali ni, dengan begitu panas teriknya, bejaya gak ke zoo taiping kali ni...

and ouh, kali ni takde gamba org, mls nk letak gamba diorg, kang perasan femes lak (eventho tak ramai baca blog ni, aku pedulik hape)..so gamba haiwan lak kali ni...minor editing cam biasa, just level, curve and sizing...

and last skali gamba kanak2 riang sedang bejalan~

there is a thing that somehow u may think that u dun wan or u believe that it is okay for u not to be associated with it. but after a while, while dealing with it, knowing it, understand it much better, u do feel that that unwanted part is slowly and slowly, be a part of you.

you may think, it is a destiny and yeah it is. and would that part would make you happy and excel in the next few years even you never expect it to be part of u? just accept the fact and look at the sky, see for silver lining. do believe that there is some power that you can't control and imagined behind this world that be able to decide everything from the biggest thing to the smallest thing in this world.

with that power, we pray, we hope, we dreamt, we follow what He want and what He doesn't want us to be. believe in Him and later He will repay back, sooner or later. Do believe that He know what you didn't cause compared to Him, you are the weak and small.

By believing in Him, confidence will come and you would be able to cope with the unwanted part and excel with it. great and good character will shine. just believe in Him everywhere, anytime cause each seconds, lots of His help, unseen not because of our blind eyes, but it is because our dead heart.

it was great, firstly because i met my indirectly sifu in photog, he is superb, and i would say one of the top photographer in malaysia. not only, he doing photography, yet he's doing bisnes on it, quite oppurtunist and i do love making frens with bisnesman...hopefully, i can learn one or two and list goes on from him...

what's gud about photomama? it is a basically a online classes by Saiful Nang, proffesional photographer who just got a daughter and come up with this idea where in this forum, he would teach parents out there to take better picture of their kids, from baby-born smpi la besar panjang...its gud, sbb SN pon basically use his first experience dealing directly with kids to teach others, so bukan main2 punya ajar a...

parents, can indirectly ask for advices for their pictures and it would be commented by SN and also other forumer, and they also will also watch and feel the experience on how to take great picture. kelas ni skali seminggu, and korg bole preview dat video byk2 kali, which only applicable to premium user..normal user like me, can also join dis forum, but we cant review dat video, and still applicable to post our picture at the forum...

as a conclusion, join la photomama, tak rugi, siyes wa cakap...since it only started, so lots of input were given directly by experts...and ilmu, tak rugi dicari, sbb kita bole sentiasa guna...atas kehendak seseorg tu je mau maju atau tak...

day by day, we are adding numbers to our age...counting how many days left for birthday celebration...tapi, adakah kita menjadi lebih tua dan lebih pandai, or menjadi tua tapi sama je kesengalan dia?

skang bagi aku, adalah perlu utk kita kuasai ilmu, kenapa? so that kita bole cre8 oppurtunity utk kita pada masa depan...tak semestinya ilmu tu ilmu academic je, but others too, cam communication skill, confidence level, critical and creative thinking, planning skills, guiding skill, leading skills and bla2...

tp certain org, bile dah grad, diorg ada satu penyakit yg rasa tak perlu ilmu tu..meaning, dah tayah nk belaja..maka diorg akan jd org obselete...biarpon dia dh keje berapa lama, tp ilmu dia setakat tu, tamo belaja dr org len sbb he thinks ilmu dia ada dah cukup and org leh tanding ngan dia sbb dia dah lama keje...

tak pon, bile makin tua, makin menjadi perangai...spttnya, kita harus menjadi lebih baik dari semalam, bukan dr segi amalan saje, tp segi pengisian diri...maybe before dis, kita tak faham kenapa kita wat sesuatu, but day by day, suppose kita dah faham for wat reason kita mende tu...sesungguhnya bukan mata yang buta, tetapi hati kita mungkin buta...

getting old, we should enjoy it...tak semestinya jd tua taleh jd kanak2 or remaja blk...hidup ini kita bole cuba aturkan, apa kita nk jadi...and semoga end of the day, it meant alot not only to us, but for our religion, nation and to this beloved earth...kita sebagai org tua, its our job to let others that below us to rise to be a better pepel and to continue great things that we suppose to do...

25hb aritu, one of my closest cousin kawin, so aku sbg org yg ada kamera mahal bak kata diorg ni, dipaksa utk amik gamba kawin diorg a...this would be the very first time aku amik gamba org kawin, meaning jd OP (except for akak aku, time tu tgk org amik gamba or second OP)...thx alot to my cousin sbb percayakan aku tho bru 6 bulan pgg kamera ni with unproper guidance dalam bidang ni...semoga korg sentiasa bahagia and being blessed by Allah...jia you!

as overall, ok la..lots of thing to improve, thx to candidsyndrome and saiful nang sbb indirectly give me a tutorial tru diorgnye vids and picture...i did lots of study few weeks before..eceh~

after quite a long time tak 'trening' ngan 450D aku, weeken aritu, aku ngan few other frens from utp invovle with shutterasia photography competition kat pwtc...mende ni coorganize ngan youth09!
there are 6 rounds of competition with 1v1 format...aku setakat 3rd round je...learnt lots of thing such as, we hv to plan well, think creatively, 'set' perfectly, stay calm, dun shy to ask and take pictures, be patient and wait for the oppourtunity and smile+thx after taking the pictures...

as overall, aku agak puas ati ngan akunye performance...xmo cakap byk, korg just enjoy the pictures yg aku amik dalam competition tu...gamba len? sbb terlampau pancit, lepas je tau kalah round 3, aku balik...alasan len?kamera tgh takde bateri sgt, so sep bateri...kang sesuke amik, bateri flat time competition tak psl2 kalah free..haha...

new vision, new perspective, and new heart

assalamualaikum...

i went to esq public at the summit hotel last weekend, i got new perspective of what should i do, i have a more clearer vision, and more understanding of the concept brought by esq team. even the content is the same, since it is after all basic training, yet, there is something to be learnt, ponder and believe..as God said, knowledge that we know is incomparable with His knowledge, and we never be able to be like Him, the perfect one.

one that went to esq training, would somehow know that esq brings the concept of what we already learnt in primary school, what are the pillar of faith, and pillar of islam (action), yet, we dun really applied it to our real life, example? all of u i believe, pray to God, 5 times a day, yet does the praying that you did in 22 years (for me) change you in a way that God ask you to be? no? what we did is only a ritual that are being implemented in the education system and here we are, after several years, doing the same ritual with unconsciously agreed that there are a 'split' or barrier in life and religion...

goin tru the same modul for 2 days, (first day 'keje'), i do think i be able to understand, believe and feel that there are values called Asma'ul Husna that are meant for Him, within ourselves, since we are afterall His greatest creation. With these values, and 7 core values highlighted by ESQ, we are able insyaAllah, to meet Him in great condition di syurga, building a great nation, company, family and world, and in short, be able to be Great Person in every field that we do..this is when, we have spiritual commitment to Him the All Mighty, and spiritual integrity, and become legendary leader to create a better world...

the time is short,yet lots of thing need to be done...
with that, those angkatan UTP 1, do go for other session of ESQ, in material, your fees will reduced to half, trice and bla2...in understanding, more thing will be understand and insyaAllah, u will understand, believe and feel what need to be understand, believe and feel...

since aku ni jenis tak suke repetition in term of wat aku wat, maka aku cuba wat mende len dr len a..thx to Allah kerana membimbing aku throughout this session...first day, takde byk ngat gamba, sbb last2 hujan, second day, sbb smlmnya skit je gamba, tmpt diubah dr sekitar tasik ke CH...so aku tepaksa memikirkan idea baru...penat satu mlm tak tido nyenyak sbb fikir idea apa nk amik...

nevertheless, aku suke amik gamba dak2 ni...maybe sbb aku kenal few of them...and aku sedar, taking pictures outdoors takde a limitation and formalities..which is suit to my personality and style...so im hepi, and they hepi too..so im dabel hepi... ^^v

cakap byk tak guna, sile la tgk gamba...

tq girls for trusting me and mekot for ur last photo kat utp..(ok fine lepas ni amik gamba time convo)..tq for giving me oppurtunity to enhance my skills...and last word, pls dun be late... :P

assalamualaikum...

as all of u might noe, im graduating..soon...
so cam org2 tua di utp slalu wat, we take pictures before we grad...
part of dis picture diambil oleh aku or ditekan oleh aku mengunakan remote...
second time amik gamba group kat utp...
first one would be civilpowernye which happen to be a coincident..im just some 3rd photog...
as for the third, nanti cite...

last word of wisdom from Head of Civil Department, Dr. Fadhil to us: jaga semayang, preferably smyg jemaah kat masjid, semayang jemaah akan menguatkan ummah...and kalo bole go for usrah kat masjid, sbb dia membina kekuatan hati..hati kuat, insyaAllah seme ok...(SQ mantap, EQ mantap, IQ mantap => hasil akan mantaps)

p/s: it has been really a great pleasure being living in one apartment with you guys...rumah tak kotor, dapor agak bersih, tlg kejut subuh, smyg jemaah and kejut nk g kelas.. :P thx guys...and thx for being understanding and obedient tru d photo session...
