lesson 17 - down

assalamualaikum...

someone asked me this question on why you feel stress and down and how in my opinion and exp (since aku tua -_-") overcome these two situations.

sometimes, you expect more from others i.e. you hope that you be treated well by your environment, colleagues and might be your family but at then, they are not doing what you hope for. at this time, you feel down. secondly, when you expect something more, and you get it, later on you found out that you are do not like that and hoping for another one. stress came in to place. later on, more and more work that are not related to what you like come one after another. thus, more stress come in. its about expecting more than what you have now, what your current situation now and not feeling gratefull with what you have..

even with your spouse (ok aku single lg), you expecting them to be closed at all time, treating you well and etc2 while they might have their own problem, even they are your spouse. what you can do would be, expect less, give more to others.

there is some saying that if you give more to others eventhough you are really occupied, God will help you through that particular situation. at the end of the day, when noone can ever back u up, only He can and will help you. so at the first place, never put high expectation, perception to others. rely on Him and later on, even other people let you down and cut you 'part by part', you be able to stand tall.
